No tracking, no ad pixels, no analytics. Here is exactly what I collect and where it goes.
Ashley Edelman, trading as The Unshakeable Man, is the data controller. Reach me at [email protected] about anything on this page.
There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising tracker and no session recorder anywhere on this site. Nobody is following you around the internet because you read this page.
The only thing stored in your browser is a single marker that remembers you have already unlocked the free videos, so the page does not ask you twice. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Your first name and email address, your scorecard answers if you did that one, and the marketing tags in the link you arrived through, so I know which post or email sent you.
Rather more: your name, email, phone, Instagram, age, occupation, and long written answers about what is going on in your life. That includes a question about whether you are working with a mental health professional.
That answer is health information, and the law treats it as special. I ask for it only because I need to know before taking someone somewhere difficult on camera. You provide it explicitly, you can leave it blank, and it is never used for marketing or shared with anyone.
If you are accepted, the sessions are recorded on video and published. That is set out plainly on the application, in the release you sign, and I ask again on camera before we start. You have seven days after each session to have anything cut.
Your booking details, what we discuss, and the notes I keep to do the work properly. If you buy, the payment is handled by the payment provider and I never see or store your card details.
I use a small number of services to run this. They process your data on my behalf, not for themselves:
Some of these are outside the UK, so your data may be processed abroad under the standard safeguards those providers have in place. I do not sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
Contact details stay until you ask me to delete them or until you have been inactive for around three years. Client records and anything needed for tax stay for six years, because I have to. Published recordings stay published unless you asked for a cut within your seven days.
You can ask for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, ask me to stop using it, or ask for it in a portable file. Email me and I will do it, normally within a few days and always within a month. It costs nothing.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.
If you think I have handled your data badly, tell me first and I will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This work is for adults. I do not knowingly collect anything from under 18s.
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
